The Problem
You've probably used a dozen AI tools by now. A writing assistant here, a chatbot there, a vibe coding app that worked once and now lives in a silo. You somehow feel busier than before and your workflow is just as scattered.
What's missing is architecture: a coherent operating layer that helps you capture, think and run your business processes as efficiently as possible. That's what we'll build together in this cohort.
Meeting notes vanish. Voice memos sit in a recording app. Ideas live in 14 different places. Nothing flows downstream because nothing was designed to.
AI gets used when it comes to mind: a one-off prompt, a quick draft. There's no structured handoff between what happened and what AI helps you process.
Tasks, follow-ups, and decisions still live in your head. Your system of record is either nonexistent or abandoned after the first week of enthusiastic setup.
Each app is an island. Data enters one tool and dies there. Your "stack" is a list of subscriptions, not a system.
The Framework
Every piece of information that enters your business flows through three movements: it gets captured, processed with AI, and lands in a durable system of record without leaks or orphaned data.
Capture
Meetings, voice notes, conversations. The capture layer is ephemeral by design. Its job is to catch what happened and move it downstream immediately.
Primary tool: Granola
Think
Raw capture becomes structured thought. Claude turns meeting notes into action items, drafts into strategy, and raw data into decisions you can act on.
Primary tool: Claude
Run
Every decision, task, project, and reference lands in one place. This is the only layer that persists, and it's the single source of truth your business runs on.
Primary tool: Notion
Curriculum
Every session is a build session. Each week adds a layer to the operating system. By week five, you'll have real data, real workflows, and real decisions flowing through it.
Set up Granola for meeting capture and Obsidian as your personal memory layer. You'll define what gets captured, what gets discarded, and where your pipeline starts.
You leave with: A working capture system processing real meetings into structured notes
Configure Claude as a structured thinking partner. Projects, context management, skills and agents. You'll learn everything you need to bypass the stall most entrepreneurs face at this stage.
You leave with: Claude configured with your context, projects and repeatable agent workflows
Assets you'll build: Editorial / Brand Voice Guidelines, Q2/3 Content Strategy, Custom 'Morning Brief' dashboard, and AI-ready Ideal Customer Profile
Build your Notion workspace as the durable backbone: databases, views, relations, knowledge management. You'll learn the act-vs-artifact test and how to maintain AI-friendly data hygiene.
You leave with: A Notion workspace structured as an operating system
Assets you'll build: Automated Content Pipeline, AI-enabled Sales Pipeline
Wire Capture, Think, Run into a live pipeline. Granola output flows into Claude, Claude output lands in Notion as actionable entries. This is the session where your tools stop being separate apps and start working as one system.
You leave with: An end-to-end pipeline processing real business data from capture to action
You'll operate the system under live conditions for a full week, then we'll regroup. Diagnose friction, tune the pipeline, and establish the maintenance cadence that keeps the system compounding over time. We'll also have time to discuss adding tools to your stack to compound your results.
You leave with: A fully operational AI system running your business, with a maintenance rhythm you can sustain

FAQ
No. The stack is four consumer tools that don't require coding or API configuration. If you can set up a Notion page and have a conversation with Claude, you've got the baseline.
Sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours. That said, the real value is in building alongside the group in real time. The recordings are a safety net.
You have a working system that runs on tools you own and accounts you control. You'll also be ready to learn the next level of AI-native business infrastructure in the Level 2 course.
Absolutely not. Prompt engineering is briefly covered, but this course focuses on building AI-enabled operating systems for your business. Prompting is a small component of what we'll do.
The Capture, Think, Run framework works regardless of which tools fill each slot. The cohort teaches with Granola, Claude, Notion, and Obsidian because they're affordable, accessible, and proven as a system. You can swap tools after graduating once you understand the architecture underneath.
Almost certainly. Most people use Notion as a task management app and Claude as a chatbot. This cohort configures them as layers in an integrated system, with structured handoffs, pipeline architecture and maintenance rhythms. It's the difference between using a tool and running a system.
