Capture. Think. Run. Capture. Think. Run. Capture. Think. Run.
Capture. Think. Run. Capture. Think. Run. Capture. Think. Run.
§ 01 — The Problem

You've tried the tools. You still don't have a system.

A writing assistant here. A chatbot there. A vibe-coding app that worked once and now lives in a silo. You feel busier than before, and your workflow is just as scattered.

What's missing isn't another tool. It's architecture.

problem / 01 01

Capture is leaking

Meeting notes vanish. Voice memos rot in an app. Ideas live in 14 places. Nothing flows downstream, because nothing was designed to.

problem / 02 02

Thinking is ad hoc

AI gets used when it comes to mind: a one-off prompt, a quick draft. There's no structured handoff between what happened and what AI helps you process.

problem / 03 03

Running is manual

Tasks, follow-ups, decisions still live in your head. Your system of record is nonexistent, or abandoned after week one.

problem / 04 04

Tools don't talk

Each app is an island. Data enters one tool and dies there. Your 'stack' is a list of subscriptions, not a system.

§ 02 — The Framework

Three movements. One operating system.

Every piece of information that enters your business flows through three movements: it gets captured, processed with AI, and lands in a durable system of record, without leaks or orphaned data.

Capture

ephemeral

Think

structured

Run

durable

capture 01 / 03

Record everything. Keep nothing here.

Meetings, voice notes, conversations. The capture layer is ephemeral by design. It catches what happened and moves it downstream immediately.

primary tool Granola
think 02 / 03

Process with AI. Decide with clarity.

Raw capture becomes structured thought. Claude turns meeting notes into action items, drafts into strategy, raw data into decisions you can act on.

primary tool Claude
run 03 / 03

One system of record. Durable. Yours.

Every decision, task, project and reference lands in one place. The only layer that persists, and the single source of truth your business runs on.

primary tool Notion
§ 03 — The Stack

Four off-the-shelf tools. Architected as one system.

Your personal knowledge graph, the second brain underneath.

§ 04 — Curriculum

Eight weeks live. One system built.

Every session runs 90 minutes plus open Q&A, and every session is a build session. Each week adds a layer or a workflow to the operating system. By week eight, you'll have real data, real workflows, and real decisions flowing through it.

01 Install the Capture Layer +

Set up Granola for capture and Obsidian as your personal memory layer. You'll define what gets captured, what gets discarded, and where your pipeline starts.

You leave with

A working capture layer catching meetings, voice notes, and ideas.

02 Build the Thinking Layer +

Configure Claude as a structured thinking partner. Projects, context management, skills and agents, everything you need to bypass the stall most entrepreneurs face here.

You leave with

Claude configured with your context, projects, and repeatable agent workflows.

Assets you'll build

Editorial / Brand Voice Guidelines · Q2/3 Content Strategy · 'Morning Brief' dashboard · AI-ready ICP

03 Architect the System of Record +

Build your Notion workspace as the durable backbone: databases, views, relations, knowledge management. The act-vs-artifact test and AI-friendly data hygiene.

You leave with

A Notion workspace structured as an operating system.

Assets you'll build

Automated Content Pipeline · AI-enabled Sales Pipeline

04 The Meeting Lifecycle, End to End +

Capture a live meeting in Granola, hand it to Claude for summary, decisions, action items, prep brief, then promote the keepers into Notion as linked tasks and projects.

You leave with

A repeatable meeting workflow that runs from capture to action, every time.

05 The Cold Outreach Workflow +

Build a prospect pipeline in Notion, use Claude to research and write outreach that reads like it was written for one person, and wire the loop so every send, reply and follow-up is tracked by stage.

You leave with

A cold outreach system that researches, personalizes, and tracks prospects to reply.

06 The Chief of Staff Agent +

Build an agent that interviews you, stands up a strategic business dashboard in Notion, populates it from your own data, then reads it back, names what's working, and proposes next steps tied to your goals.

You leave with

A Chief of Staff agent that turns your own data into prioritized next steps.

07 Run and Diagnose +

Operate the complete system on your real work for a week, then regroup. Where does data stall? Where does a handoff feel heavy? Where do you avoid the system instead of using it?

You leave with

The full system running on real business data, with a clear map of where it leaks.

08 Tune, Sustain, and Expand +

Fix the friction surfaced in week seven and tune every workflow. Establish the maintenance cadence that keeps the system compounding, and look at what earns a place in your stack next.

You leave with

A fully operational AI system running your business, with a maintenance rhythm you can sustain.

§ 05 — Included with every seat

When the eight weeks end, the work doesn't stop. Neither do I.

Every seat includes 30 days of continued weekly cohort support, where I'm in the room with you on your own custom builds. You bring the workflow you're adapting, the dashboard you're tuning, the thing that broke when you applied it to your real business. We work through it live. This is where the system stops being a course and becomes yours.

  • Weekly live sessions focused on your specific builds, not generic Q&A
  • Direct help adapting every workflow to how your business actually runs
  • A working group of operators solving the same problems alongside you
§ 06 — Who this is for

Operators ready to build.

This is for you if

  • You run a business solo or with a very small team, and you're the one making operational decisions
  • You've tried AI tools but haven't built them into a system that sticks
  • You're willing to do the build work live during the cohort
  • You want infrastructure that runs after the cohort ends
  • You're comfortable with a total tool cost under $150/month
×

Probably not, if

  • You're looking for a prompt engineering course or a template library
  • You manage a team of 10+ and need enterprise-grade orchestration
  • You'd prefer to watch recordings on your own schedule
  • Eight weeks of weekly sessions plus implementation feels like too much right now

Angel runs brenn studio, where she builds AI-native operating systems for modern integrative health practices. The Capture, Think, Run framework taught in this cohort is the same architecture the studio runs on. Every piece of it was built by using it.

"No prompt packs. No theater. You'll leave with real artifacts running in your business. Design a business operating system you'll actually use after the course ends."

§ 09 — FAQ

Your questions, answered.

01 Do I need to be technical? +

No. The stack is four consumer tools, no coding, no API configuration. If you can set up a Notion page and have a conversation with Claude, you've got the baseline.

02 What if I miss a session? +

Sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours. The real value is building alongside the group in real time. The recordings are a safety net.

03 What happens after the eight weeks? +

The 30 days of weekly cohort support begin. You keep building your own custom workflows with me in the room. After that, you have a working system that runs on tools you own and accounts you control, and you'll be ready for Level 2.

04 Is this a prompt engineering course? +

Absolutely not. Prompt engineering is briefly covered, but this course is about building AI-enabled operating systems for your business. Prompting is a small component.

05 Can I use different tools? +

The Capture, Think, Run framework works regardless of which tools fill each slot. We teach with Granola, Claude, Notion, and Obsidian because they're affordable and proven as a system. Swap tools after graduating once you understand the architecture underneath.

06 I already use Notion and Claude, will I learn anything new? +

Almost certainly. Most people use these tools as standalone apps. The cohort teaches you to operate them as a single system with structured handoffs, which is where the compounding gains live.
