These terms govern your use of brenn.studio and any services purchased from brenn studio. By using the site or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.
brenn studio offers consulting, implementation, and educational services for health and wellness practices and solopreneurs. Current offerings include:

All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you're unsatisfied with the Diagnostic session, contact us within 7 days of your session and we'll work with you to make it right. Refunds are available on a case-by-case basis.
The Diagnostic fee ($250) is credited toward the Audit. If you cancel the Audit before work begins, you'll receive a full refund minus the Diagnostic credit (which was already delivered as a completed session). Once audit work has begun, refunds are prorated based on work completed.
Transformation engagements are scoped and quoted individually. Payment terms and cancellation policies are outlined in your engagement agreement.
Full refund available if requested before the first session. After the first session, no refunds are issued, but you'll retain access to all cohort materials and recordings.
Field Notes is a free, bi-weekly newsletter. By subscribing, you consent to receiving email communications from brenn studio. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We won't share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
All content on brenn.studio, including text, design, graphics, frameworks, and methodologies, is the property of brenn studio unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.
For client engagements: all systems, configurations, and assets built during a Diagnostic, Audit, or Transformation are owned by the client and deployed in the client's own accounts. brenn studio retains ownership of its underlying methodologies, frameworks, and templates.
For cohort participants: templates, guides, and educational materials provided during the Practical AI for Solopreneurs cohort are licensed for your personal business use. They may not be resold, redistributed, or used to deliver competing services.
All builds are deployed in your own accounts (Notion, Dify, ClarityFlow, or other platforms as applicable). brenn studio does not host, store, or maintain access to your systems after an engagement is complete unless a separate ongoing support agreement is in place. You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts and subscriptions.
brenn studio does not collect, store, or process protected health information (PHI). Our services focus on operational infrastructure and business intelligence. Any tools or systems we build for your practice are designed to operate within your own compliant infrastructure. You are responsible for ensuring your practice's compliance with applicable health privacy regulations (including HIPAA where applicable).
brenn studio provides consulting, implementation, and educational services. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or operational improvements. Our services are provided "as is" and results depend on your implementation, business context, and ongoing maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, brenn studio's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
brenn studio is not a legal, financial, or medical advisor. Our services relate to business operations, AI implementation, and marketing infrastructure. You should consult appropriate professionals for legal, financial, tax, or clinical advice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
